APSco will be hosting the first ever nationwide debate to decide if the recruitment industry should be licensed.

The topic will be debated in a series of simultaneous events in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh, with leading executives from the recruitment industry will be taking part.

John Mortimer, co-founder and Chief Executive of Angela Mortimer Plc is joining the panel for the London debate alongside;

Ann Swain, Chief Executive, APSco
Paul Whitehouse, Chairman, Gangmasters Licensing Authority
Sarah Veale, Head, Equality and Employment Rights Department of the TUC
Kevin Barrow, Partner, Osborne Clarke
Gary Franklin, Founder of the Forum for In-house Recruitment Managers
Rosaleen Blair, CEO, Alexander Mann Solutions
