£28 - 34k (11 month fixed term contract)
Exciting opportunity for a strong admin manager with leadership skills in a busy IT department of a very successful organisation to cover an 11 month maternity cover.
The successful candidate will be able to:
·Has a wide network within the organisation and shows integrity while addressing challenging situations.
·Creates and updates own budget with budgeting software tools, can explain variances and make adjustments; experienced at sizing workload and resources in multi-areas projects.
·Ability to analyse and documented specific projects' business requirements and can describe alternative problem-solving approaches.
·Experienced with planning, estimating, staffing, organising, and managing multiple projects, also monitoring and dealing with critical paths and risks areas.
·Adept at influencing even when position is not initially shared by others by using evidence to gain their commitment.
·Motivates teams into reaching challenging goals by inspiring commitment and resulting in a positive attitude from the team.
·Takes prompt and effective action to rectify problems within the organisation.
·Coaches team leaders on issues and is seen as a leader in initiatives that require cross-functional teams.
·Highly capable at bringing structure and clarity when managing within unstructured, ambiguous environments.
·Adept at varying own style of management when required.
·Pro-actively applies feedback received and adapts behaviors accordingly.
·Develops and monitors initiatives that integrate learning with practical opportunities.
·Encourages knowledge sharing across teams and/or organisational area.
·Experienced at coaching high and low performers.
·The ability to facilitate and negotiate with multiple parties to bring about agreement and resolution, even when position is not initially shared by others.
·Clearly and effectively communicates difficult or complex ideas clearly to stakeholders, peers and subordinates.
·Adapts style to contribute and enhance teams performance by working effectively with people across a wide range of disciplines and levels, both internal and external.
·Can identify client satisfaction gaps through regular communications and participates in negotiations to resolve issues.
·Can generally engage with senior heads of relevant business area and understands the challenges facing their business.
