Reporting to the Admin Manager, duties will include:
Writing and dispatching routine, templated letters
Answering general queries by telephone
Completion of AIP to lenders
Submission of Mortgage applications
Liaise with Advisers, clients, solicitors, & lenders.
Underwriting & packaging case
Phot-copying & data entry
Sorting and opening post
Extracting information from computer based systems
Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
Assisting other departments from time to time
Other duties as may reasonably be required
The successful applicants will have:
Previous experience in an mortgage admin role at least 1 year.
Ability to input information for lenders completion of lenders AIP's
Experience of dealing with Mortgage business admin from AIP to completion
Competency with computer based systems including CRM, Word & Excel
An excellent telephone manner
Attention to detail.
A cheerful and helpful, ‘can do’ attitude
A desire for career progression
Whilst not essential for this role, previous experience in a Finance related role will be an advantage. Training will be given to help all successful applicants succeed and excel in this role.
The company offer an attractive basic salary of £17,000 pa, with training, opportunities for advancement and a pleasant working environment close to High St shops and convenient travel links.
